OUR SHINING STARS! to parents and educators

WHEN A CHILD ENTERS SCHOOL HE MUST BE READY TO LEARN WITHOUT FEAR. HE MUST RESPECT AND TRUST OTHERS. IF HE IS ABLE TO DO THESE TO THINGS, HE IS WELL ON HIS WAY TO BEING A SUCCESSFUL CHILD.
RESPECT** A child who is treated with respect will have self-respect. he will learn to cooperate and have empathy for others. LISTENING** Listen to a child's stories, hopes and worries.Hear her and respond. She will learn to listen to others. PATIENCE** A child who sees you are not afraid of failure, who sees you finish what you begin, will try, try again until he succeeds. TRUST** Keep your promises. Your child will be trustworthy. WORK** A child who shares in the daily work will learn to be responsible. HONESTY** If a child is taught to respect the truth, if he sees justice used to solve problems, he will know right from wrong. Rosemary Wells
